Refund Policy

ITL Knowledge Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is the owner of an online learning platformhttps://www.inittechlabs.com.The company is committed to the learners or customers to provide the best and give freedom to the learner to get the money back in case of any dissatisfaction.

If the course or content you purchased is not as expected and due to some reason you want a refund. In such a case you can request for a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately after 7 days we cannot offer you a refund.


How to Request a Refund:

To request a refund, you can choose the refund option from the website or you can reach us at contact@inittechlabs.com.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or the original method of payment). The exact time taken to receive the credit will depend on your card issuer’s policies.

For cancellations based on our Cancellation Policy, any amount paid will be credited back to your account, in a week’s time, in the form of cash back, excluding processing fee. The exact time taken to receive the refund will depend on your card issuer’s policies.

For paid digital web courses, the refund will be initiated within 15 days of cancellation.
